STRATAPMS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective: October 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses StrataPMS or the stratapms.com website, including parks, their staff and camp hosts, and guests using a park's booking pages. It is part of the StrataPMS Master Subscription Agreement. DCV Systems, LLC ("we," "us") provides StrataPMS.

1. Unlawful and Harmful Use

Do not use StrataPMS to:

1. break any law, or help anyone else break it, including consumer protection, anti-discrimination, fair housing, privacy, tax and lodging laws;
2. collect, store or share personal information without the notice, consent or legal basis the law requires;
3. harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate anyone, or sign up for a park you do not represent;
4. store or send content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is sexually explicit, hateful or violent; or
5. process payments for goods or services that your payment processor prohibits.

2. Messages to Guests

Do not use StrataPMS's email, text message or chat features to send spam or unsolicited marketing. Send marketing messages only to people who have agreed to receive them, include a working way to opt out, and honor opt-outs promptly. Follow the law for commercial email and text messages, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

3. Security

Do not:

1. access, or try to access, any account, park, data or system you are not authorized to use;
2. probe, scan or test the security of StrataPMS without our written permission;
3. get around sign-in, permission, rate limits or other security controls;
4. upload or send viruses, malware or other harmful code;
5. share your sign-in credentials, or let anyone use your account; or
6. put card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers or passwords into notes or free-text fields.

4. Service Integrity

Do not:

1. overload, disrupt or interfere with StrataPMS or other customers' use of it;
2. use automated tools to access StrataPMS, except the features and interfaces we provide for that purpose;
3. copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer StrataPMS, except where the law allows despite this restriction;
4. use StrataPMS or its output to build a competing product; or
5. try to make the AI helpers ignore their safety rules, reveal other people's information, or act beyond the permissions of the person using them.

5. Reporting Security Problems

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@stratapms.com, with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and do not test it further or share it publicly until we have had a reasonable time to fix it. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith and follows this section.

6. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may remove or disable content, limit features, or suspend or end access, as the Master Subscription Agreement allows. Where practical and lawful, we will tell the affected park first and give it a chance to fix the problem. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
